You start asking around. A friend of a friend knows a designer. You get on a call, then another, then a few more. Weeks go by. A month, then two, just on the designs — and a fair amount of money spent before a single piece exists. Fine — let's say you get through that part.
Now: who's going to make 1,000 pieces across 5 or 6 styles? Not every factory will even take the call for that volume, and the ones that do want a much bigger commitment, a longer timeline, and no guarantee the third batch looks like the first. Say you find someone, and somehow that goes fine too. Now you need the goods actually in your hands — shipped, cleared through customs, VAT sorted, on time for the launch date you already announced to your audience.

That's the model behind a small-batch specialist working with Europe's micro brands: instead of developing a collection from a blank page and chasing it through a chain of contacts, you start from a set of ready, already-sampled and already-fitted styles, choose your fabric and color, and let production run on a process that is already built, with export documents ready for your courier. The result isn't a smaller version of a big factory's process — it's a different one, sized for a first collection instead of a thousand-piece bet made on faith.
With us, the minimum is 100 pieces per style per colour. Most creators start with 3–4 styles in one colour each, so a first drop is usually 300–500 pieces.
No. You can launch with our twelve ready-to-brand styles under your own label. If you already have a design, our Own Design service develops it from 100 pieces, with a €500 development fee per style.
For ready-to-brand styles, samples are sent about a week after payment and production takes 4–6 weeks from your deposit. For your own design, plan at least 12 weeks from first contact to launch.
We prepare the export paperwork and can ship by courier at your cost if you don't have your own DHL or UPS account. Customs clearance, import duties and VAT are paid by the buyer.
