What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The minimum order is 100 units per style per colour.

You can order any of the twelve styles and freely mix sizes. There is no required ratio between tops and bottoms.

What sizes and fit groups are available?

· Sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL (five sizes)
· Group 1 → Junior / Young Contemporary
· Group 2 → Contemporary / Classic Fit

All five sizes exist in both fit groups. You choose one fit group for the entire order.

What fabric do you use?

· Composition: 80% polyamide / 20% elastane
· Weight: 170 gr/m²
· Qualities: matte (Alesta), shiny (Velena), neon (Dresden) or one of our ready prints
· Origin: milled in Turkey to EU standards

Are the fabrics certified?

Yes. All fabrics are OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified and REACH compliant.

Certificates are available on request. Test reports can be found under the “Fabric test report” section in the Colour Catalog.

Do the models include cups?

Models are produced without cups by default.

· Adding cups costs an extra €1.00 per piece
· Exception: Erica already includes cups in its price

What about lining?

Lining is ton-in-ton (the same colour as the outer fabric) across every size.

How do samples work?

· Samples are invoiced at 1.5 times the unit price
· Courier costs are paid by the buyer

What are the payment terms?

· 50% deposit by bank transfer to start production
· 50% remaining balance before shipment

The production lead time starts from the day the deposit is received.

What is the production lead time?

4–6 weeks from the day the deposit is received.

Who pays for shipping?

Customs clearance, courier and freight are on the buyer’s account.

Note If you do not have an account with an international courier such as DHL or UPS, we can ship the goods to you by courier, provided that you cover the courier cost.

Is there an early order discount?

Yes:

· 15% off for orders placed in September, October or November
· 5% off for orders placed in December, January or February
