This notice explains who processes the details you send us, what we use them for and what you can ask us to do with them.

Only what you type into an enquiry form: your name, email address, country, brand name or website if you give one, and the content of your message. We also receive standard website usage data through our analytics and advertising tools when you accept cookies.
Our enquiry forms open your own email program with the details you entered. The message is sent from your own email account to ours, so it travels through your email provider and ours; this website does not store a copy.
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and carry out the pre-contractual steps you asked for. Analytics and advertising data are used to understand how the site is used, and only with your cookie consent.
Our email provider and our hosting provider. With your cookie consent only: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Ltd.) for site usage statistics, and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) for advertising measurement. Google Fonts (Google) is used to display the site's typefaces; your browser connects to Google's servers to load them. Cookie consent is managed by CookieHub (CookieHub ehf., Iceland), which stores your consent choice. Some of these providers may transfer data outside the EU under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your data and we do not add you to any marketing list.
Enquiry correspondence is kept as long as it is needed for our business relationship and for the record-keeping periods required by Turkish commercial and tax law.
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw your cookie consent at any time.
